How to Return or Exchange a Product:
- Please email us at [email protected] for authorization before returning any merchandise to us. Please Note: Do not return a package unless you have received prior authorization. We reserve the right to refuse all returns that are sent to us without prior authorization.
- If you would like to return a personalized item, please note all web orders are produced exactly as submitted at point of purchase and therefore we cannot replace or refund orders that are submitted errantly.
- If you would like to exchange an item, please indicate the item number, color/size/etc. and the quantity you would like in exchange.
- If you have returned an item, you can expect a refund posted to your account within 7-10 days of the receipt of the returned package.
If you have received a prepaid FedEx return label:
- Repack the item for return in a suitable box or bag.
- Attach the prepaid label to the package.
- Drop off at any FedEx drop off location or drop box location near you.
