We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your merchandise, you may return it for a refund or replacement within 60 days of the shipping date. NOTE: A re-stocking fee may apply.

How to Return or Exchange a Product:

  1. Please email us at [email protected] for authorization before returning any merchandise to us. Please Note: Do not return a package unless you have received prior authorization. We reserve the right to refuse all returns that are sent to us without prior authorization.
  2. If you would like to return a personalized item, please note all web orders are produced exactly as submitted at point of purchase and therefore we cannot replace or refund orders that are submitted errantly.
  3. If you would like to exchange an item, please indicate the item number, color/size/etc. and the quantity you would like in exchange.
  4. If you have returned an item, you can expect a refund posted to your account within 7-10 days of the receipt of the returned package.

If you have received a prepaid FedEx return label:

  1. Repack the item for return in a suitable box or bag.
  2. Attach the prepaid label to the package.
  3. Drop off at any FedEx drop off location or drop box location near you.
