This is a basic travel mug, but serves it purpose. If looking for a great gift to give that is engraved, do not order. It specifies it is engraved, which means to "incise or carve into", but it is actually a stamp that the color rubs off before you even wash or use it. Very disappointed since I purchased this for a gift.

This is a good product at a good price. My only concern was actually putting it in the dishwasher. While it says dishwasher safe, I noticed the bottom padding get a little loose after the first wash. I started washing it by hand and that didn't happen anymore. Overall, good buy.

I bought this as a gift and while it's very functional, I was disappointed with the "engraving". It looks more like a stamp and was quite blurry.

The mug's not bad. Especially for the money. But don't think it's a real and actual engraving. The personalization looks more like it was stamped on the cup in a different color.
