It is held together by the 3 shelves hooked on to the sides. I did not use the wheels. Used twist ties to make sure shelves held together. This is perfect for little kids shoes. They can put them on the shelves. Easy to clean. Not to wide so can fit in my entryway. I bought it for the laundryroom and used it in the entryway. Good price. [...]. All pieces included. I would buy again.

This product will not even stand up. Someone must hold the two sides to put on shelves that just sit on wires, then it falls when you let go. This product weights approximately one (1) ounce - extremely poor laundry caddy. There is no use for this so do not purchase.

I use this in my barn to store my saddle soaps and cleaning supplies in my tack room. I just ordered another one to organize other items. They slide easily into unused spaces.

I don't know if pieces were missing or what but this will not stay put together. We used some flex ties to get it to stay together but it is still very wobbly.
