You're supposed to be able to stack cans on the bottom tier & top tier. The problem is it has pedestals that fit into grooves on the bottom & top trays. They don't go in easily or stay in, so you can never make 2 levels and there is not enough room for the top tier on top, once you get the cans in place on the bottom.
The general idea is a good one, but a sturdier, easier to assemble version is needed.

Wanted to store my usual can goods.
I was disapointed because it only holds very small cans.
The idea is a good one, just wished it held the larger cans.

I bought this product even after reading the reviews, because it was inexpensive. It does not hold any type of can very well. Most of my cans slipped out when the carousel was turned. Luckily, I did find a use. I turned the top tier upside down like the one review suggested and I was able to put cans on the top without any issue. This is useful in my pantry to see cans that are normally buried and it takes up about the same amount of space. I am unable to use the bottom shelf. If they could make both tiers flat, no indentions for cans, it would be more useful.

These hold only the smallest of cans. I bought 4 at this low price and could only use two. I did not return the other two as the postage would have been close to or equal to their cost. I was very disappointed that they do not hold the "normal" size vegetable cans. I

This is what it claims to be, but when put in the fridge, my shelves weren't tall enough to have the two tier thing. I could only do one tier of regular sized sodas and then mini sodas on the top tier.

The lady was correct; only fits with soup cans and small cans. What I did, was put the top section on upside down and it will then hold the larger cans. Works for ME!

If you do not purchase [...] soup, you may want to re-think this carousel. I had visions of organizing my broths & other soups for easy access, however the way this is designed will ONLY fit one sized can. =( Seems durable enough. Can not really say since I am unable to use it.

I am very annoyed with this product.I ordered two to use in my cabinets to stack canned goods.Only soda can size fits in this product.A regular size can doesn't.The smaller size cans such a Campbells soups,etc is what this is designed for.The way it is designed there is no way to use it except for soda or the smaller size canned goods due to the molded design.
I would recomend but only if you need it for soda stacking.
