I like the colors, but the frames do not lay the way they are suppose to. Also, it feels cheap and the bar was smaller than I expected. For the money, I guess it was ok.

I received this as a gift a few years ago and absolutely love it. I like to display family photos, and this offers a stylish way to do so. It goes with almost any decor, too. I redecorate often, and this is almost the only item in my living room that has stayed throughout the changes. Framing your photos is a lot easier if you lay them down on the floor or bed to insert the photos and put a little tape on the back of those that don't exactly fit the frame so that they don't slip--just a helpful tip!
The 3 I gave as gifts all look nice as they were complete products.
I ordered 4 of these items for Christmas gifts and kept 1 for myself. We were in the process of a move and are finally unpacking (5 months later) all of our final boxes. I attempted to assemble my product yesterday and discovered I was missing the brown leather strap. I e-mailed the company and received non-responsive responses. I then called the company and was told that they were in bankruptcy and wouldn't accept returns over 90 days. I told them I didn't want a return, I liked the product, I just wanted a strap so I could hang the final picture. I was told it was too late and I should have inventoried the product upon receipt. Finally I asked to talk to a manager who reiterated the same 90 day policy. While acknowledging that I should have opened the box before now, becuase the company still sells the product, I argued they should just send me the missing part--they sent me an incomplete product. The manager eventually agreed to send it to me within 15 business days. Hopefully I receive it. The product looks nice--but not if you have an incomplete product. Warning to all: insure you do an inventory right away!

Very cheap looking and poorly made. Definitely not worth the money. I returned it.
i didn't like that it came with some of the pegs broken off, but i was able to hammer nails into the frame as a replacement for the pegs so it worked out in the end. however, i still expect the other pegs to break off, they are very flimsy. although its cute, i'm not sure it's worth the money

I love these frames. I bought two of them to put side by side above my couch and I am constantly getting compliments on them! I particularly like the contrasting colors of the leather frames.

As soon as I took it out of the box the frames were falling apart in my hand. No instructions on how to put together and when I got it together frames were overlapping and would not lay right.
I can not get the frames to look right... they touch/cross over while hanging, and if you spread them out they just do not look right.. [...]I dont feel it would be worth the time or money shipping back.

Unfortunately I didn't read the plethora of reviews before purchasing this item that the frames overlap. That happened with two of my frames. I'm most disappointed in the fact that there were no instructions included to tell you how to get the thing in the wall. It included three screws, but I only saw holes for two.

The straps were too long on two of the frames causing them to run into each other (overlap). Straps are not adjustable which renders the product unusable. The price is in the high range so the expectation is that it will be a high quality product....ready to use.

I bought this frame to put our Disney world pictures in and put it on the wall in the stair way of my house. I think I get more compliments the frame than I do on the pictures!

These frames are perfect. The quality is really nice and just adds the perfect accent to any room. It looks like a designer touch for a low price point. Easy to hang and comes with everything you need.

I really do love this picture frame, but I did have to adjust the leather straps and the colors were slightly off. The two longs ones are the same color and I have only one dark one.

As the other reviews have stated, the straps are too long on the two outer frames.... so I hung them in the dip of the scroll and I actually like that spacing better. Nice variety of earth tones.

A great choice for wall decoration. The colors are very earthy and rich. Easy to hang. Only negative is the outer frames overlap slightly with the lower frames.

The leather frames are beautiful. The straps don't line up like the picture shows. Frames would be on top of each other. My computer shows the bottom right frame to be a light olive and the center top frame to be a medium brown, but in person the top middle and two bottom frames are just about the same light tan color. Not much variation. Two options are to push the frames all the way to the end where the curl in the iron is to space out the picture or to throw out the longer bottom two pictures since they are the same color as the center and just have the 3 vertical frames spaced out nicely.

Beautiful piece, but 2 of the leather straps were too long, necessitating cutting new holes to adjust the length so the frames wouldn't overlap.

Like others that have purchased this item I realized at once that a couple of the frames did not hang evenly with the others. Thanks to the many reviews that came before mine I already had a solution planned: I simply punched another small hole (similar to the manufactured hole) in the straps to "pull the picture frame up" to the proper position. Try It! Just lay the frames out the way you want them, then adjust any straps that are too long so that they are the "proper" length for your frames, then mark where the hole should be and punch it open using a hole puncher or something similar (I actually used the drill tip from my dremel). I had looked a long time before I saw anything I really liked so it was worth the alteration- I LOVE MY LEATHER FRAMES!!!

the picture frames of leather hanging form the bar made a wonderful gift for my friend. So much so that I decided that I wanted one for my self. Hum have you ever done that :-)

When my husband and I were hanging it up, we found that the outside frames were touching the other frames so we ended up putting the outside frames on the little decorative dip to space them out better. Other than that, we love it!

I was at a freinds house and she had this on her wall and I loved it. I ordered it that very night. I feel it is a great buy for the price. A few things such as the straps not being equal and the glass not fitting thru the holes on top of the frames very well bother me. Overall I am happy with my order.

Everyone who stops in for a visit comments on how much they love these frames. And they are so versatile; to change the style, just change the bar they hang on. Too bad [...] doesn't provide this option...interchangeable bars!

Nice to display family photos.
Everyone that comes to my house loves it and ask me where did I buy it.
Although pretty, there's apparently a manufacturing defect that is not a "one-time" thing. I also own this and they don't line up correctly. My problem is with the two longest ones in the middle. One is about 1" shorter than the other. In order to make them look right, I also had to hang the two medium length ones from the curly-cue part of the hanger (out on the ends).

I love the picture frames. I actually bought this as a gift for my sister-n-law, but I loved it so much when I opened it that I kept it for myself. After I put the pictures in it, I hung it on the wall in my living room. It is absolutely beautiful. It matches any type of wood grain you have in your house!!!

I was so excited to receive this product to display pictures of my son. When I got it, I noticed the strap lengths are different lengths. (The two side frame straps aren't the same and neither are the two middle frame straps) Also, two side frames rest on the two center frames. I had to move the two side frames all the way to the curl of the rod so that the frames didn't rub. I think it makes it look silly. When I tried to contact customer service to find out if I had a defective product (since the frames and straps are fine in the picture) I couldn't get any straight answers out of them. After about a dozen e-mails back and forth, I still do not know if all of these frames turn out like this. I'm honestly not sure if I would recommend this product. If the straps were the right length and the frames didn't touch...absolutely. If it's like mine...no way. [...]

I have used this picture display in three homes. It has been in a hallway, a family room and an office. It is currently in my entry way. Everyone who comes to my house gushes over it. They always ask where I got it and I tell them [...]! It looks expensive and is well made. It is also very easy to change the pictures.
