I have this product on my desk at work.

Light up feature did work for a while and I was pleased with the product. I only wish you could tell us where to get the replacement batteries. I can't find them anywhere.

I contantly misplace my cell phone. I now have one of these holders on my bookcase headboard, family room chairside table and on my desk at work. The light show whanthe phone rings is delightful. But it also occasionaly flashes when no call is coming in.

I ordered 22 of these as little gifts to give my management team. They liked them but found that the majority of them do not work, while some work on a limited basis. I was so embarrassed - gave gifts that don't work!

My phone is a cingular LG, 1 7/8" wide at the bottom. It won't fit straight up in the hand and it won't light when the phone rings. It's a good idea, but a disappointment. Make it wider and make it work. I want it.

Also in my case, i pulled the tab and flashed only once, maybe twice but after that it would not work. [...] i will see when the other one comes in if it works also.

PARTIALLY INSERTED Batteries caused it to flash once, but it wouldn't work when batteries were properly, fully inserted and phone placed in palm of hand. I pulled the tape off the one battery and it flashed once but never worked afterwards. I love the idea, but it just doesn't work. It was a great disappointment for me.
