I love it! I ordered two after trying all kinds of cheap, flimsy options available elsewhere such as those plywood boxes (designed similarly) from [...], a simple rack from [...]. I *really* wanted a closed rack because we store our shoes near the entrance door and none of the other options worked. This looks SO beautiful and works well. The ONLY minus -- it stores 4 pairs in a row only if they are things like sandals/small shoes. I store around 10 pairs but not any of my sneakers/boots. My husband can only store 6 pairs (size 11). However, the number of positive comments I've gotten makes up for that.

I was so excited when I received this. I was hoping it was an answer to my "shoes left at the front door" problem. It is very strong and better looking in person. It does not fit 12 pairs of shoes! I have tried several combinations of childrens, mens, and womens shoes. The best I can do is 9 pairs. A little disappointed because of the price, but I do like it and it beats an open rack any day.
