This is not an optical mouse nor does it have a USB plug. So its a bit outdated. Still giving it as a gift to the boss, tho he'll have to get a USB converter to plug it into his laptop

I haven't even tried it yet, so can't tell you about user quality, but a very nice gift for co-workers. I received this as a gift and it makes a great impression. The engraving is a little light, but very impressive on my desk and creates alot of up front conversation. Would give this as a gift just on looks!
