i ordered this KITCHEN mat as it is described and had it personalized when it came to the part on the form to personalize it I added delucas which the example of the KITCHEN rug had alices kitchen on it i did not know that i had to add kitchen on a kitchen mat by the description i am very disappointed in the way the order form was
