i bought this for my 6 yr old daughter for xmas. i was very disappointed to open the pkg and find her name in cheap, glued on foam letters. that is one reason i ordered the product b/c of the 'personalization' feature. i was expecting something embroidered. i hope it will last b/c overall it looks cheap! cheap! cheap!
