2 of the 4 apples I ordered for Christmas gifts were incorrect, this is after I ordered items online and verified at least 3 times prior to ordering, basically the personalization was just poorly done. The products that were done correctly were nice, but again, good luck since my order was 50% correct. Better luck to you!
