I wanted a nice and stylish travel mug for home to school usage. Thought this looked pretty cute, however, when it arrived I first noticed the monogram. VERY small and poorly painted on. The mug itself did not last very long after a couple of trips to the dishwasher, the outside metal came loose from the inside plastic part. Metal part became rusty, monogram faded...etc...Disappointing!

The name I had engraved on the mug is now faded and smudged from the dishwasher. I can't complain because it was so cheap but I wish the quality was better.

I bought one as a gift, the other for myself. I use it at home--the appeal for me is that it keeps my coffee hot longer than an open mug (with that, I'm always microwaving the same cup over & over). It definitely keeps the coffee hot for a while--but I highly doubt it is anywhere near as effective as a higher-quality insulated mug would be. But for me, it's fine.

But it leaks. For that reason, I can't recommend it. After I ordered this, I noticed similar mugs all over the place. I'd advise spending more and getting a better product. I'm disappointed, but probably shouldn't be, given the price I paid.

I bought 2 of these for X-mas gifts last year for teachers in my daughters daycare. You can't beat the price, but the personalization is horrible. The font looks nothing like it is shown and it was stamped on. I'm sure their names rubbed off very easy with minimal use.

This is not a mug that compares to a stainless steel vacuum insulated mug like the Thermos brand. I don't believe the "vacuum" claim. That said, this is a [$] travel mug that keeps your coffee warm for an hour or two. You need to make sure you've twisted the cap on tight to the plastic liner to get a seal, but I've had no problems. The sip hole cover does not seal completely, ie. you can't turn this mug upside down without the coffee dripping out, but it keeps the coffee in the mug as you make a tight turn.

As this is a gift I am giving someone for Christmas, I don't know if there are any leaking problems as others have stated...I sure hope not. My only critique is that the engraving could be of a higher quality....maybe a nicer font and a little darker.

This is a nice coffee mug for the price that fits well in car cup holders. The monogramed names could look higher quality, but for the price it's a great gift. The colors are all really cute - I ordered almost of them.

Got one of these for my son and he loved it. Got one for my daughter and daughter-in-law and they loved them. Then got one for my husband and I and we use them all the time. They work great and no mistaking at the office which one is mine!!!

When I ordered this mug I was very excited to use this at work as we are required to have our drinks in a spill proof mug. Well spill proof it is not, it is a beautiful mug but it leaks when you drink out of it no matter how tight you have the lid. I now use the mug with a straw, so if you're looking for beauty, this is the mug but it lacks the functionality for the purpose which the mug was purchased for, "spill proof"

I was so excited to get my personalized hot pink coffee travel mug! I filled it with steaming coffee and set off in my car for the early morning trip to drop my son at his baseball camp. BIG MISTAKE! This mug leaked terribly from the seam underneath the lip and there was no way to tighten it. Definitely a manufacturing flaw... guess you get what you pay for.

Needless to say I was covered in coffee and mostly disappointed that I couldn't use my new mug, not to mention being out the product cost & shipping.

I ordered these for all of my children's teachers. Being a teacher myself, we love getting functional gifts. This one is perfect, one that will not spill all over the kids work if it gets bumped! My mug arrived and I was excited to put it to good use (a replacement for a mug I used daily for over 3 years). I brewed a cup of coffee and poured it into my very stylish travel mug. I left the house with my morning coffee and after getting on the highway, snapped open the lid for a taste of morning goodness. After 3 sips, I realized that the lid (regardless of how tight is it) leaks terribly. My shirt and dress pants were destroyed, and I now am down [$] for the mug, shipping costs, and an entire outfit.
