These are just terrible. I ordered two sets for gifts and the monograms came partially rubbed off - looked like something I could make myself. Called customer service and they assured me they should look like they do in the picture and rush ordered me two more sets - same thing. This is a low-quality product. On the plus side, customer service was wonderful about the return/refund.

This coaster set looked good in the catalog but when I received it, it looked cheap. The stamped monogram looked as if it would wear off. It is very light for leather coasters. I had bought it for part of a gift but had to return it.
