I bought the pilot case for my 4th grader because she has an overnight school field trip this year and thought a personalized luggage would be perfect. However, the zipper only opens from the top like a backpack, so if you are using it as an overnight luggage for kid, forget it. Also, the material is really thin and flimsy. I would not expect it to last for more than a few uses before the handle breaks from the nylon material.

I ordered both the suitcase and duffle bag for my granddaughter. They are cute but not good quality. I was very disappointed that the suitcase does not zip open all of the way; it only zips half open from the top making it extremely difficult to pack and have access to the clothing. I had it monogramed so cannot return but would not purchase it again.
