This has been the perfect addition to our 5 year old son's room! He loves getting up each morning and changing the day/date and checking the weather! It is great for learning the days of the week, months and seasons of the year, as well as the number of days in each month. It's a wonderful morning routine! When he sees what day it is, he knows what he will be doing that day!

This is an excellent tool to use for young children. It is a minature version of the "today is" calender used in preschools and elementarys. My children enjoy picking the weather and recognizing the months and days of the year. I recommend this calender for anyone with young children!

This item is great! Even My 17 year old gets involved! I bought it for a 9 year old but the whole family switches off each day of the week! Great family involvement tool! Bright and colorfull also! We received the red one.
