The backpack is very cute for a young child. However I was extremely disappointed in the personalization. I thought that it would be embroidered, but it is just peel and stick stickers. I could have bought this at the disney store for less & put the stickers on myself...the first time I have been disappointed in Lillian Vernon.

Backpack and graphics on the lunch box are great. Lunch box is a bit small, but the Backpack is very roomy and easy for my 5 year old to open. Personalization is unattractive, so don't bother. It is nice to be able to purchase Disney merchandise and not have to go to the Disney store

I love the backpack. My son is a huge Cars fan. But the lunch box is a little small. A sandwich, juice box and ice pack quickly fill it.

Bag to big, lunch box too small. Had I not of personalized it, I would have returned it. He is usuing it to store all of his matchbox cars now, so I guess it is serving a purpose.

The backpack was great, we needed one that would have his name on it, and an extra compartment for his snack and juice. The name is just a sticker, but it's cute, and dosen't seem to come off easily. We would order another one again next year if he needs it! This one could last a few years!

My son started kindergarden this year and was so exicited to get this backpack. He carries it around even when he is not going to school. I personally love the lunch box that comes with it. I recommend this product and will buy from Lillian Vernon again.

I was slightly disappointed with this backpack. The front of the backpack is made of thin plastic. Also the letters are just peel and stick plastic letters (which I know will fall off or my son will peel off in the near future). This backpack is very inexpensive so I wasn't expecting high end fabric and embroidery, however I was hoping for more than thin plastic. I guess you get what you pay for.

I like the bag, my only disappointment was the letters are glued on and not stitched on. It was bought for my pre-school age son and we know how kids that age can be.

The personalization looked cheap. It was simply stick on letters which covered up part of the picture. I would have sent it back but my daughter received a different backpack and my son would've been very upset.

Buyer should be made aware that your version of personalization is nothing more than some cheap stick on letters that I could have bought and put on myself. The vinyl letters started peeling the first week my son wore it.

I was surprised how big the back pack is when I opened the box. The only thing that my son noticed is that his name was not on his lunch kit. The lunch kit was a little smaller than I had thought it bought be. Overall a very nice purchase.
