The quality of pencils were not good. I ordered multiple sets of these pencil cases, and I was disappointed with all the sets because the pencils were very flimsy, and the personalization on each pencil was very small.

The case was OK, but not that good of a value for the price.

This is a great gift for a girl and they love having their name monagrammed on it!! However, I thought the pencil case could've been more durable!

I was disappointed with the quality of this pencil case. It is made of cheap, thin material, and the zipper broke within two minutes of opening the package.

I bought this for my roommate's daughter as well as my own child. She loved the idea of having a pencil case and pencils with her name on it. The pencil case, however, does not easily withstand the wear and tear first-graders can wreak on it.

My daughter loved the bag and pencils, my only disappointment was w/ the color choice of the pencils. It should have been 4 of each color shown but was mostly green and blue, no pink or yellow. I ordered the same product in sports for my son and he received as the pictured showed 4 of each kind personalized pencils.

My daughter loved this bag. It is bright, cute, and fun. She also loved the personalized pencils that came with it. My only complaint is the personalization. If the bag were embroidered with the letters, we would give this bag the full 5 stars. However, the letters are a type of screen printing that will definitely not stay on as long as they should. This takes away from the appearance of what would have been a perfect bag.
