Bought these for our 8 year old to return to school. He loves sports and this was a natural choice for a fun accessory for back to school.The printing on it is good and the colors are bright. The pencil is a standard #2 and you do get a dozen of them. The printing is clearly written on them.My only con to it is the cost, but then obviously it wasn't so prohibitive that I balked at buying it! lol [$] for a dozen pencils was a lot, but it was for the personalized component (especially since I have to label everything for his school ANYWAY) and we were not disappointed at all!My son loves his personalized pencils and we are happy with the quality!
Delivery was great and as expected. The products were all packaged well to prevent damage and arrived in excellent condition.
Customer Service was available when I needed and they were helpful with resolving my inquiry and offered solutions.
I purchase a lot from Lillian Vernon and will continue to do so.
