Book-in-a-backpack opens to 6 pages filled with learning experiences! Giant clock has movable hands. Numbers 1 to 10 and the alphabet are illustrated. Itsy bitsy 3-D spider climbs up and down a "water spout"---just like in 1 of 2 printed songs. 4 "booklets" have nursery rhymes. Plus, 4 separate chunky fabric play crayons.

Softly plumped 100% cotton has silk-screened embroidered pages, adjustable web straps and name to 12 letters. Machine washable. 10 x 10 1/2" closed. Ages 18 months and up.

very cute book! Looks like a little backpack (complete with straps) and has all sorts of fun stuff when you open it up. Plush crayons, a clock with moveable hands, nursery rhymes...it really has it all and is a great busy/quiet book for church especially. My 6 month old LOVES it. Big brother (3) likes messing with it, too!

I have three children. I bought this for my youngest who just turned 1 year. One of his older brothers who is 8 years old now will play school with him. They both wear their packpacks and run or crawl around the house pretending they are at school.

Entertaining and yet quiet!

I think this backpack is a great idea.

It is an entertaining toy that is quiet when we are in places that are less tolerant of loud noise.

I love that it reinforces the nursery rhymes and counting that we have been doing together.

We use this backpack inside and outside of the house so I'm particularly fond of the fact that I can throw this in the washing machine using a mesh bag and on the gentle cycle.

The only negative so far is that it is difficult to keep up with the crayons. Unfortunately they are not attached.
