Good concept. My daughter loves that she's able to "draw" her favorite princesses, but the lighting is so poor that she needs to do it in a darkened room (she prefers to be under the table). The images are hard to see (even when you've 'focused' it), hence it's hard to trace perfectly. But it does keep her busy and quiet; and quite proud when she finishes. :)

My 4 year old daughter received this as a gift. It is AWESOME! If you have a little artist on your hands, this is a def. must. She goes and sits down with it and doesn't need my help with the drawing. She is so proud of her art.
Cons are, that it is really hard to see the image in light. She either sits in a darkened room (blind closed, lights off or dimmed), she also sat under a table to make the image apear better. :-) I wondered what she was doing!
I would buy it again. In fact, my 7 year old son wants one for himself. Finding one for a boy though may be hard to do. Definately a good buy. I would buy it as a gift for someone else.
