Flimsy is an understatement. It appears animated in the picture; however, it is not. The buttons are hard to push. All in all, a dissapointment.

I bought this for use with our science when we get to the solar system. The boys are special needs and hands on seems to work better. It is a little flimsy so I make sure they don't play with it like a toy but the information that is in this product is fantastic. It is I feel geared more for a slightly older child but there is enough information for us to make it work. Plus since it is a little more advanced than where my boys are they can continue to use it year after year.

Purchased this for my four year old daughter (advanced for her age, just a sponge for information), who memorized all the facts in about 2 weeks. My 2 year old learns from it too, but have to watch closely because it is meant for older children. Great learning tool for introducing the planets.
