Comments about Lillian Vernon Pink-&-Chrome Mixer:

My two girls have had the mixer, coffee maker & toaster for over 4yrs and they love it more today! They are 9 & 6 and the pieces have never broken and still work as they did brand new...just like the real thing...but of course, just play. Not sure why the negative reviews...all these pretend play items we purchased from Lilly's are 100x's nicer than any other retail store!!! And we just received compliments on the toys just last week...asking where purchased...food, appliances and pots/pans.

My 3 year old got this as a gift. The beater broke the first time she played with it. I tried to super glue it, but it didn't work. Needs to come with replacement beaters. What a piece of junk. Don't waste your money.

My daughter was thrilled to get this for Christmas [...]. It is a very poorly made item and I am sending it back. However, the toaster and coffee pot that are part of the same set are quite nice. Horrible mixer though.

My daughter broke the mixer attachment the first time she played with this toy. I wish it wasn't made so cheap, because it really is cute.

This product looks nice on computer/catalog. The mixer is very flimsy and cheaply made. It is very difficult to lift the mixer to take bowl off.
