We gave this guitar to our oldest daughter last year for Christmas (she is 5), and she absolutely LOVED it! Hands down, this was her favorite Christmas present. The quality of the guitar and case were exceptional (considering what we paid).

Product description sounded so impressive but it was not very durable. Cute to look at but short shelf life because strings popped off easily. My daughter is very dainty and by no means rough with her toys. Very dissappointed because my daughter really loved this guitar.

The product was personalized with Iron On letters which were coming unattached upon arrival. I will attempt to adhere them myself. My daughter loved the pink guitar and leopard case, again, she was the one to point out that the letters were falling off. Cost way to much for the quality!

The guitar and case look high quality, but to add one other data point about the case, the letters were not embroidered, they were iron on.
Apparently, the letters differ from customer to customer, but not a reason to not buy the product, it's a good product overall!

I just received this for my son for Christmas and I was leary about the quality since I read the other review AFTER I had placed my order. However, when I opened the package and looked at the guitar case, it was beautiful! The letters ARE embroidered and not vinyl [...] The case is also made out of rough and tumble material that in my opinion will take a beating. I am very pleased with this product and I know my son will love his gift from Santa as well!

The catalog states that this product comes with a case that is EMBROIDERED with personalization. The letters are cheap iron on letters you could do yourself. I was disappointed. Otherwise the guitar is the perfect beginning size for a young child.
