My kids have been using anything they can find to climb into our backyard tree, so I was looking for a safe way for them to do it and this is it. They love it, it's sturdy, looks nice, and I feel that they're safer. My 6 year old loves the swing. These are designed well and are very well made.

The only bad thing is that they don't show you the top of the ladder. It's only one piece of rope. Now I have to figure out on how to hang it

The set is made with high quality birch components, but inserting the swing rope through the 12" plastic tubing before hanging took me over almost two hours and left me frustrated and with blisters! If this is so necessary to the proper function of the swing, why can't this be done at the factory before shipping? My grandchildren have enjoyed playing on both the swing and the rope ladder.

I have not put the swing and ladder up yet since the ropes were not long enough for my trees (very large pecans and oaks). However, the quality is great and the kids can't wait to start using it (me either).

I've had three of these swings since mid 1990's. It is used so much - year round by every single kid that comes in my yard. I've had twenty somethings ask me if i still have that swing!
