Comments about Lillian Vernon Tool Set with Case:

My son received this for Christmas last year. He is four years old and has really loved this toy. Whenever I am hanging a picture or anything like that he always runs to get his tools to help. It is a great quality toy that doesn't have some cartoon or brand it is trying to sell. The only con was the personalization (which was free, so, it's not a huge deal). The personalized lettering was off to the right due to the packing of the tool box. Other than that it is a great toy and I would wholly recommend it!

Comments about Lillian Vernon Tool Set with Case:

We enjoy the tool set, but the plastic case is brittle and cracks easily. The case is not very sturdy and the lock mechanisms are flimsy The "wood" is not on legs so the nails and screws go through it hitting the surface beneath. My son has fun with the tools, but the case and piece of wood are cumbersome.

I ordered this for my step-son, I thought it was absolutely adorable and definately would consider buying it for my son in a few years. It was sent to his moms house in another state so I can't comment about the usage but we feel he will love it

Comments about Lillian Vernon Tool Set with Case:

I got this for my 2 1/2 year old son for Christmas. He loves to carry it around with him and "fix" everything. He also helps his daddy around the house with his new toolkit.
