I have to disagree with the review below. My son absolutely loved this toy for 2 years. Each of the musical instruments played on the buttons were fun for him and helped him recognize musical sounds. It also helped him identify the numbers and shapes when he was a toddler. It kept his attention span and he returned to this toy to play over and over. I think this toy is more appropriate for 18 months to 3 1/2 years.

What you see is only what you get. Once a kid has pushed the buttons there is NOTHING else to do. The number selections only go to 3. There are no letters at all. The only thing that entertained my 22 month old was opening and closing the toy. Definitely not for kids from 2-4 years as described. This is more for the 12 through 18 month old age range.
I'm returning mine.
