Wow, everyone else said it so well. My kids had all of the same problems as everyone else. The walkie talkies did not work well--could not hear each other. The talkies drained the batteries quickly. My kids also could take the battery cover off easily and play with the battery-a major no-no in my house. I took the walkie talkies away from my kids and put them in the trash. Alas, my kids did not even mind.

We were so disappointed with this toy. It doesn't work even when the boys stand next to each other and the batteries fall out easily. Don't waste your money!

I usually am very happy with my purchases from [...] and was very excited when I first saw this product. However, I was diappointed when I saw how easy it was for my three year old to open the battery compartment. Once the batteries were in and the boys tried to play with it they were disappointed because they couldn't hear each other through the speaker. This toy was not what I expected and I would not recommend it for any age.
