The name was not trimmed out on the back. Careless stitching, although spelled right. They are for a gift so don't know how it will dry, but it seems to be absorbent enough

My son has used these two towels solely for the last 3 years. Despite tons of washes, the towels remain colorful, in tact, and heavy weighted. For the money, it's the best deal in town@

i was very disappointed when i recieved the 2 towels for my son. it looks nice with his name on it but the towel it too thin. i could have bought a cheap towel at a dollar store and personalized it and it would have been less than [$].i was expecting a nice soft plush towel for my 2 yr old son.

I bought two of these for camp for my daughter after the great reviews even though they the price was somewhat on the high end for kids towels, but I thought the quality didn't live up to the reviews. They had snags in them on arrival, embroidery on the lilac towel doesn't show well. On one towel the name was embroidered to be on the top - on the other the bottom. I have to say given the price, I was disappointed.

We got these towels for our 3 boys for Christmas and they love them. I did snag one of them taking it out of the packaging it was shipped in, but it has not torn further. They are very thick and soft. High quality towel. And the personalization is cute.

Bought two of these for Christmas presents for grandchildren. The towels are big, soft and attractive. The only problem I see is that one of the towels is fraying along one edge. Other than that, no problems. Will buy more for gifts.

My grandmother got these for the my two toddlers two Christmases ago, and they are wonderful! I wash them at least once or twice and week and the colors have not faded (we own the pink one and the blue one). I wash them with similar colors, but considering the amount of washing, the colors are still bright , they're still nice and fluffy, and the edges have NOT frayed at all. They are very soft and the kids absolutely love them and hate when they can't use "their" towels. I'm planning on giving these out to all my nieces and nephews and friends' kids for Christmas this year. I'm sure their parents will love them as much as the kids!

I ordered several of these towels a couple of years ago - each with name of a realtive on it. They were great and everyone seemed delighted with them. The ones I ordered recently have crooked monograming. I don't know if it is supposed to look like this, but I certainly don't like it as well as the first group of towels.

My toddlers recieved these towels for Christmas and we have been using them since. We go swimming pretty often and the towels still look great and are super soft after a lot of washing! And the personalization is a great way to keep track of them.

AWESOME towel! I purchased several of these towels two years ago and had them monogrammed with my childrens first and last names. My children use these towels ALL summer long at camp. The towels hold up amazingly well considering all the use AND washing they get. I totally recommend these towels.

Plus the free monogramming is a huge bonus. Because we can fit our first and last names on the towel they never get stuck in the lost and found at camp!
