We are a military family who has moved 10 times in 13 years. I bought this bag for each of my girls. They love it! It is big enough that they can pack not only clothes but also their pillow and toys in it. This bag has traveled up and down the East coast and to Europe. It is easy for the girls to pull, which traveling with 3 kids (one being an infant) was vital. Plus, it is very easy to recognize on the luggage belt. One of my girls even saw it being loaded onto the plane.

I have ordered 2 of these duffle bags in the past and I will soon be ordering a third for our youngest daughter. I think they are perfect for what we use them for. We take them on long car trips when we visit grandma and grandpa. It's really not a problem that there is not cardboard bottom (I actually prefer that there isn't one bec it is easier to store in the closet and takes up less space!) Each of our daughters has their own bag. When it is stuffed full of clothing, blankets and stuffed animals, you really don't need to have the bottom insert. I can really fit alot in these bags for our trips. These duffles also fit nicely in the trunk.

I have to small children.I was looking for a nice size bag to fit all their things ,and as a diaperbag.When I recived the bag there was no cardboard in the bottom, so every thing just slide to the middle of the bag. Well now the bag is just sitting in the closet becouse it doesnot work for us.

Santa ordered this product for our two daughters (five and two) and they loved it! We use the bags every weekend for grandma's and even on longer trips to other states. It works great for it's purpose. The embroidery was thread, not the iron on sticky letters-a big plus! I believe my girls will be enjoying these bags for years to come. I would love to see train cases with the same color scheme and quality.

When I picked the bag up, I realized that the cardboard that usually goes at the bottom of a duffel bag was missing on all three, two different sizes. What is that about? You'd have to really stuff these bags for it to get that look in the picture, I'm guessing.

I'm always satisfied with all Lillian Vernon products. I purchased this for my granddaughter to carry her sports gear, weekend travel, etc.
She loves it and the fact her name is on it. She
has a very unusual spelling of her name which you can't find anywhere (Kataryna). But with LV, I know I can always find something to please her. Her friends (12 year olds) always comments how cool her Grandmother is getting her cool stuff. I have to pass the compliment on to you, LV. Thank you.

I bought this bag for my 1 year old daughter - it is big enough for her to climb right on in and she did just that when she got it for her birhtday last week. We are traveling to Disney in April 2008 and I think it will be perfect for clothing, diapers, toys and anythig else that I can stuff in it. I bought two of these for my daughter to take to summer camp and they were great. They held much more than we thought they would, and we needed every inch of space! I bought another one for my younger daughter, and hers came without the little mesh pockets on each end (we didn't realize hers didn't have them). The mesh pockets are really handy, so I recommend getting the duffels that have them.

My daughter and I were looking through the catalog for a bag that she could use for an upcoming church trip and she spotted this duffel bag and instantly loved it. While I was more concerned with comfort and durability, she was interested in the design and of course, the personalization. Thankfully, we both got what we wanted! I love these bags. We have one for each member in our family(7 of us). We use them for everything. From camping over the weekend to trips to Grandma's. Everyone has there name on their bag so there is no mix up on whose bag is whose.

There is enough room for the little kids to pack clothes, toys and even enough room for diapers.

The older kids have more than enough room for all their clothes plus everything else they want to take.
