I purchased this bookbag for my 4th grader in September. The bookbag was used for 3 months and then busted at the seam along the panel that the shoulder straps are connected to.
Needless to say I had to purchase another bookbag and school hasn't been in that long.
I would not recommend this product to my friends or family.

I bought this pack for my 1st grader last year at the beginning of the school year. Not only did it last all year long, but the iron on monogram stayed just fine! She was the only child in a school of 600 kids with this backpack. I do wish that an entire name could be monogramed on the pack since most children do not identify with just initials.

I love this bag! It DOES NOT FALL APART! I reccommend it strongly. It is not flimsy in any way. Very well built and is defrinatley a keeper. We are actually uysing the same one for next year!

My daughter loves this backpack and still uses it for now. It is falling apart after 1 1/2 weeks of school. She is in 1st grade and doesn't carry around heavy stuff. I was shocked at the substandard quality and find myself out shopping again for another new backpack for week 3 of school.

My daughter absolutely loves the backpack but it is slready coming apart in areas after only two weeks of school. It just needs to be made better and then it would definitely be worth the money because the packpack is truly adorable.

The cell phone pocket, that is not even used, fell apart on the first day of school. Not stitched well at all!! My daughter is not rough on clothes, shoes, OR backpacks.

This backpack is cute, but I was shocked at how flimsy it is made. I don't suspect that it will even last the whole school year, but we will see. I was expecting it to be canvas or something more durable. It is very, very thin and for the price, I felt that I was jipped. Also, the letters are not monogrammed, they are iron-ons. not a very good purchase.

This is an adorable backpack, my daughter loved it. I was surprised how poorly made it felt for the price you pay. I guess I was expecting a more durable quality backpack. I also wish I had inquired about the personalization letters I did not expect iron ons.
