This item is VERY CUTE but a piece of junk. Cheaply made, zipper broke with first use. I am sending it back. Very dissappoited, daughter was going to use it for school now I have to find a new one.

I bought this for my firstgrader, who loved the design and color. However, after 4 weeks, one of the main zippers stopped working. The zipper teeth would not connect with each other, so the compartment flap would fall open. After calling for a replacement, the new one had the same problem with a different pocket. Do not buy this!

We bought this backpac for my 3rd grader. After the first one broke at the handle in one week, Lillian Vernon gladly sent us a new one. That one did last bout 3 months before the front wheel stand fell off and the handle broke again. Would definitley NOT recommend these pilot cases for regular use.

I purchased this rolling backpack for my 3rd grade daughter. When we packed the bag for the first day of school, I noticed that the zipper didn't seem sturdy enough to withstand much use. By the second day, the wheels weren't rolling correctly. Now, I need to purchase another bag.

I liked the fact that I could put my daughters name on this item. This bag seems like it will get a bunch of use from my 2 year old. She already pulls it through the home. It's just the right size for her and for her carry on items.
