I received two of these duffles today. The duffles are wonderful. I love the quality of the bag and the colors are great. The only thing that I don't like is the embroidery. It looks cheap and the first letter of each name isn't finished. I'll be returning them to have the embroidery corrected. If it's not better next time, I'll exchange them (again!) for bags without the embroidery.
