Comments about Lillian Vernon Toddler's Pilot Case - Blue:

We have two of these cases -- one for my 5-year-old and one for my 3-year-old. They use them for the occasional overnight or weekend visit with the grandparents. For this, it works perfectly. I can't comment on its durability on airplane trips since we've not yet tried that. The kids get a big kick out of packing it themselves and wheeling it around. The personalization is a big plus, too, because they like to see their names, and it makes it easier on the non-parent who happens to be taking care of them.

My only slight criticism is that I wished it zipped open completely, so you could lay the whole cover down and see the entire contents of the case. As it is, it zips open plenty wide to pack the clothes, but not wide enough to survey the whole inside. For the price, though, it's really terrific and just right for this age group and short trips.

Comments about Lillian Vernon Toddler's Pilot Case - Blue:

Within seven months of getting it, and using it 5 or 6 times, the zipper was starting to break, and the handle pulled right off the back. I called customer service to get a replacement, and they refuse to replace it after 90 days. Several of the items I ordered for Christmas last year haven't held up, and I wish I'd spent the additional money to get a good, quality item from another retailer.

My 3-year-old grandson flies frequently with his parents as well as plays with this pilot case at home. He's had it almost a year and it is still in great condition ... and believe me he's been rough on it. It holds lots of clothes and toys, and is easily pulled through the airport by my grandson. We are very pleased with it and recommend it highly; in fact, I'm buying another one for his younger brother!

I bought one for my 3 year old and now I'm buying one for my 2 month old! We brought it with us for traveling so it was strong enough for the airport baggage terminals. Easy to distinguish too! The zipper doesn't go down far enough but we get by.

My son really loves this! He goes to daycare that requires a rolling pilot case. He likes it because it has his name on it. We never find things with his name because it is uncommon.

Comments about Lillian Vernon Toddler's Pilot Case - Blue:

My three year old twins love their matching backpacks with their names on them. They are very easy to use and take with us, but I was shocked that after using the backpacks for one simple trip to church, there were already holes and terrible rips in the fabric and trim. After one gentle use trip they already look "worn"
