I was extremely disappointed with this robe and returned it immediately. I thought it looked adorable online but wasn't sure what size to order since there is not any sizing information. [...] I ordered a larger size than I thought I needed and it still seems extremely small. Even if I had been the correct size I still would have returned it due to quality. It is extremely thin material and it is not soft at all. I would not recommend this robe to anyone!

I would never recommend this to anyone. My kids got 2 robes for the holidays and both them shrunk down to nothing. The 2T would barely fit a 6 month old in length and the 4T would fit a 1 year old! Don't buy unless you size up several sizes!

I ordered a size 8 robe for my average-size 5-year-old daughter. To my dismay, it barely fits. I love this robe, as does my daughter, but I wish I knew that these robes run small.
We have owned 2 of these in the past and they seemed true to size. I don't know what happened to this one, but all I am able to get out of customer service is "they run small, just exchange it". That seems easy, but who is paying the extra shipping? Also, they don't carry a larger size!
Bummer!
