Cute backpack for a toddler and it will serve as a diaper bag for daycare. I agree with everyone else, the lettering could be nicer for the name. Otherwise for the money it's OK.

Comments about Lillian Vernon Toddler's Backpack - Pink:

This was very cute for my daughter's first year of preschool. It was a nice size for her (she was 2) and kept up very well throughout the whole school year. My only con is that it is a little too small on the inside and we had to fold her folder in half to have it fit each day, but for her the size was comfortable so I wouldn't have wanted a bigger bag for that reason. We were happy with it though!

Comments about Lillian Vernon Toddler's Backpack - Pink:

I love this backpack. I was looking for something that would not be to big on my daughter's back, and it fits perfectly on my 4 year old. She can easily recognize which bag is hers and her name lets other parents know it is hers.

Comments about Lillian Vernon Toddler's Backpack - Pink:

I gave this to my daughter for her first day of preschool. She absolutely loves it! It's cute and bright and there is a lot of room if it's only for school. I'm not sure much would fit for travel or overnight visits though. As far as the personalization is concerned, I didn't mind that it isn't embroidered, but it slants down. It starts right under the zipper with an "S", but the "a" at the end is about half an inch below the zipper. That was less than impressive, but after the look on my daughter's face when we opened it, I couldn't return it.

Doesn't unzip all the way which prevents my child from over stuffing. She wears it all around the house. Big enough to where she still has a little room to grow but so big she can't walk. Great bag with name on it.

Comments about Lillian Vernon Toddler's Backpack - Pink:

My 3 year old loves this backpack! While it does notl ook exactly the way it does on the website (the name is not embroidered and the letters are pink and not white)this is not a deal breaker. She loves the fact that her name is on and she can find it easily at preschool. I would definitely buy it again.

My daughter loves this back back. For the price you can not go wrong. it appears to be well made and has splently of room for her to carry her items back and forth to school. She loves the color and the fact that her name is on it!

My only complaint is that the monograming is done with felt stickers.

Comments about Lillian Vernon Toddler's Backpack - Pink:

I was so dissapointed with the personalization. I knew it would not be stitched on, but the letters were in invisible pink colors, unlike the picture on the website! Letters brend too much with the bag color that one almost couldn't read it. The matching lunch bag looked even worse. The letters are not streight and some parts had come off. The bag itself looks nice, but the personalization ruin the total appeal. [...]

Comments about Lillian Vernon Toddler's Backpack - Pink:

I bought this backpack for my 18 month old to take to preschool. She is not quite wearing it on her own yet, though it is the perfect size if she decided to. It can hold snacks, diapers, changes of clothes, toys and books all at once. I was quite pleased with it and also purchased the matching lunchbox.

Comments about Lillian Vernon Toddler's Backpack - Pink:

I ordered this backpack for my 3 year old. I am very dissapointed with the look. The personalization is not attractive. The pictures shows the personalization in white which looks as if it is emobroidered. However the personalization is stuck on with felt stickers and it is totally uneven. After speaking to a respresentative only products that say "custom embroidered" in the description are embroidered. The rest are these stickers refered to as "personalization." In the future I will only order products that are embroidered.

My oldest son completed his 1st year of pre-k and this bookbag is going for another round. It has held up nicely. My daughter is getting ready to go to school in fall and I am getting her one too.
My only con was with the personalization. The child's name is not stitched on like I thought it would be, but it does hold up well.

I bought this backpack and the matching lunch bag for my 19 month old daughter who was beginning daycare. This combo is absolutely wonderful. She loves to carry the backpack and immitate my older daughter who is already in school. The bag is lightweight and the perfect size for small children and I love the fact that her name on it makes it easy not to be confused at the day care. I love it and apparently my daughter does too since she carries it everywhere.

Adorable bag in neutral, bright pink colors...looks great with my most of my daughters clothes. It seems to match her more often then not. I was disappointed with the scribbly, faux handprinted font (not what's shown)for the personalization, but this is my only complaint. The bag is well made and sized right for the 3-6 age group. The front pocket is perfect for snack money during summer programs. We also purchased the matching lunch bag, which makes a cute set. My pre-k girl loves it.
