Comments about Lillian Vernon Pink Leopard Diva Pilot Case:

My 2nd grader used this from September till November as her school backpack and I replaced it 2 times in 2 months. The back rods for the pull handle are only plastic and crack easily when the handle is fully extended to pull the backpack. I would not recommend this product to anyone that would use it on a daily basis. It looks great and is very roomie but durability of the plastic pull rods are very poor.

I got this for my daughter for her 7th birthday. She saw it and fell in love with the pattern and just "had to have it" :) I like the multiple pockets and the personalization option is great! This makes it even easier for her to identify at school. It's a comfort to me as a mom that she won't be carrying books since it's on wheels, too!

I bought one for each of my 7-y.o. twin daughters, so they could be in charge of their own stuff at the airport. The pilot cases are adorable; unfortunately once they are packed, they fall right over. They also flip forward when pulled. The girls were very frustrated and complained constantly about them-- since we were trying to make our trip easier, not more difficult, I regret buying this product.

This bag is turning out to be a great bargain. We used it as my daughter's luggage for a trip to Disney. Now she's going to use it as her school bookbag. It fit a weeks worth of outfits and one pair of sandals, and she was able to fit her toiletrees in the outside compartments. I couldn't believe that it didn't have a nick or rip after being checked with the airlines. It was easy to identify in the sea of black luggage, and she was proud that she had her own luggage with her initials.

By Krazy For My Kids from Orlando, FL on 5/27/2007
Describe Yourself:

Pros:
Attractive Design, Durable, Lightweight, Neat Features
Cons:
Awkward zipper design
Best Uses:
Travel
Bottom Line:

Comments about Lillian Vernon Pink Leopard Diva Pilot Case:

This pilot case is absolutely adorable! The pink and leopard design is perfect for girls of all ages. There are several pockets which can be used for several different purposes. Also, if you opt to have it personalized, the name is actually EMBROIDERED onto the case, instead of "ironed" on like I have seen with other personalization. My only gripe is that the case does not unzip on 3 sides like a suitcase...rather it unzips from one side, across the top of the bag and over to the other side. This makes packing and unpacking the bag pretty inconvenient, as you have to stand the bag up and pack/unpack it like a duffel.
