I was hesitant at first to order, but so glad I did. This is a great tribute to the pet I loved so much. Engraving was perfectly done. I have had the stone outside since I purchased it two months ago and it still looks perfect.
I have bought three stones and they hold up to the outside elements very well. I hope when our other pets pass that we are able to find these great markers.

I've only had the stone for five months, but the lettering has withstood a harsh Michigan winter that produced 89" of snow. I am very pleased and have just ordered another stone for another pet who recently passed.

We received our stone as a gift from a friend after we lost our 7-year-old guinea pig. I couldn't bear to order a stone on my own, so my friend's gift was incredibly appreciated. The small one is the perfect size for a small pet's resting place.

This will be the second one I have purchased in the last 5 months..the curse of owning many old cats. I have been very pleased with the durability of the first stone I purchased. It was placed in my rose garden in full sun and so far has not faded or chipped. The fact that it sits flush with the ground makes keeping the area clean and neat, yet it still can be easily seen. It can also be placed standing up if preferred. I have three more 15 yr old cats to go, and I plan on each one getting thier own individual stones.

Please note that this item is not etched or engraved. The names and dates and border seem to be a sticker of some sort. I am hoping after reading the other reviews that this will last during the winter in Northern PA. I plan on writing another review after winter to see how the stickers hold up. I ordered the large memorial and the marble has a nice heft to it.

My brother got Heidi when she was a puppy and she was his closest friend for 15 years. When she died suddenly I wanted to make some kind of gesture. The stone [...] looked pretty good. The lettering was not perfect. As if the stone moved during the process and blurred the lines. Also I wonder how long the lettering will last since the oldest review is only from 5/07. The price was certainly right. Most other pet monuments I looked at online were outrageously priced. Over all I've been fairly pleased with the products I've ordered over the years.

We bought this memorial stone for our dog, Muffin, that passed away after 15-1/2 years. Our 8 year old daughter was very upset and felt that Muffin should have a funeral and something to always remember her with in the back yard where she is buried. I would highly recommend this to anyone that asked. The price and quality are outstanding. Thank you.

I was extremely happy to find a memorial for my older and most beloved dog. It is just what I wanted.
This is the second memorial marker that I have ordered. We lost both our 18 year-old and 17 year-old cats this summer. These markers are simple and elegant, like our cats were, unlike many of the markers I found online, which were too "cutesy" or "cartoonish".

Description in catalog says "etched and painted". To me, it doesn't appear to be etched at all -- just painted. I have my doubts about the lettering holding up through a tough winter.

With the recent loss of our sweet Cinnabon at 14, and with 4 more fourteen year old cats in our home who will eventually have a stone of their own, I wanted something simple and durable for a memorial rose garden in our yard. This is absolutely perfect and will stand the test of time. A lovely way to always remember the joy one small cat gave us and who was, and always will be, so near and dear to our hearts.

Baby was my first "child". I was blessed to have him for 17 years. My heart was broken when I lost him. This is a nice memorial to him. He deserved something really nice. I am very happy with the stone. It is beautiful.

When my beloved cat, Chica died at the age of 19, I wanted something that would memorialize her and last for years. When I ordered this product I was a bit skeptical, but once I saw it, I was very pleased to find that it is engraved and the letters are not just painted on. I think anyone who has lost a beloved pet would appreciate the quality of this item.

I wanted so much to mark the grave of my loyal, comforting feline, Zeus, of 19 years. I wanted something distinctive in appearance, of good quality, and with a fair price. I ordered two (one of each size) for our 16+ yrs. old dogs which we lost both within 6 months. One was large and one was small. I expected the small marker to be about the size that the large marker came so they were smaller than I expected, but the quality was so beautiful I quickly got over it. Medium sized dogs should get the larger size. Absolutely love them and will purchase them again in the future (hopefully not too soon).
The marker was better than I expected. The stone was a wonderful addition to our beloved dog Mason's grave site. I would purchase one again.

My expectations were surpassed when this product arrived. I was profoundly sad at the loss of my beloved Mecia, but I found this monument was fitting and appropriate. It's a lovely reminder of a life and love I shared with her for 17 years. I will be ordering a second monument for by precious dog who died two months after Mecia and was also 17 years old.

I Pray that you will offer this item for a long time to come. I have more pets, and I know that they won't live forever (neither will we)... I did an extensive search on the internet for pet markers, and this was the BEST price and one of the nicer markers that I was able to find. [...]! I notice that your picture has the marker standing up. I chose to position mine laying flat on the ground; if you recess it a little into the ground you can mow right over it with no problems.

Charlie was a Schnauzer we rescued when he was 11 years old. He was 15 when he died. He had 4 happy years with us and we feel good about helping him. We miss him very much and think about him daily. The grave marker is a nice memorial to Charlie.

Jazmine was as much a part of the family as any of us and we all wanted something that would stand up in the elements over time. When I got it in the mail I was pleasantly surprised at how nice it was, I had shopped around at [...] and similar stores and their memorials were all cheap/cheezy looking and way more expensive. Would recommend anyone get one that wants a long lasting, great looking memorial for their loved pets that are no longer with them.

I got to love my beautiful babies for 19 years. Precious and Fue were not cats, they were my kids. I ordered 2 pet memorials and they were so much more than I expected. They were very heavy and wonderfully made. This was a very difficult time in my life and LillianVernon made it almost painless. They looked expensive and well deserving for 2 great friends.

I needed a memorial for my daughter's beloved pet rabbit, who happily lived and hopped around in our fenced back yard. This memorial is beautiful, heavy (but not too heavy), and perfect for any pet. I bought the large one and leaned it against the fence in one of Joey's favorite spots to sit. Great quality for a very reasonable price.

These memorials are an excellent way to remember our belated babies. We put them in the flowerbed where are cats are buried, and not only do they stand out, but they also add that personal touch. They are very solid and should hold up well.
