After months of searching locally, I found a nice sewing box for my daughter-in-law. It was delivered right away and I was there when she opened it. It was really beautiful and sturdier than I thought. The larger one (what I ordered) was truly a very large sewing box. Lots of compartments and she loved it. I was going to order a wooden box that extends out for easy access when they became available. She doesn't want it. She told me that her Grandmother had a box like this one and she loves it. I am going to order the smaller one for me and my daughter whose projects are smaller. Once again, Lillian comes through for me like she has over 30 years!

This sewing box is large thats the good news. The bad news is the side pice that holds up the tray was off when I opend the box and the fabric that covers the inside is loose not glued down, this product is not made well and should be discontinued a shoe box is just as good and less disappointing.
