    I've purchased 3 of these now (back when they used to sell them in blue, I'm not a pink person). 1 for me and 1 each for my mom and daughter. My daughter loves the pink. I have used this like crazy. I love it. It's got everything you could possibly need all in one place. My husband actually uses these tools too (because he can never find his). The plastic tabs that hold it closed have since broken off, but I keep it tied together with a string. I use the hammer, pliers and screwdrivers the most. This is just perfect for those little jobs around the house.

    I received this as a gift a few years ago and loved it, however...The scissors are not well made, and the metal piece that keeps the tape from going all the way in on the tape measure broke within the first year. Theses are not tools you will use for heavy construction. My husband used the claw part of the hammer on something strong and the hammer bent practically in half, I was mad--but at him, not the hammer. It worked fine for, as one reviewer put it, "hanging pictures and curtains". I still have the pliers, screwdrivers, and utility knife and despite the lack of strength I would buy it for myself or as a gift and use it for what I would normally do around the house.

    Do not buy this item!! I bought it to give as a christmas present,but I will be returning it! The pliers don't work, everything is very dirty and terribly made!! Nothing is usable, not even for small around the house projects!!

    I purchased the tool kit for myself. It's cute, but after the second use, the utility knife fell apart in my hand and the measuring tape (the actual tape part) just broke in two. Yes it just split apart. I called to complain but was told that after 30 days after purchasing anything from Lillian Vernon, no refunds.

    the tape measure would not go back into the casing after 1st use so i took it apart to fix, same thing happened 2nd time so i threw it away. Says 95 pieces but that is counting way too many nails. I use the hammer and plyers but everything else feels too flimsy. love the color though.

    I bought my case a while ago and mine had an assortment of nails, screws, picture hangers-a bunch of accessories. Perhaps the reviewer who didn't receive her accessories should contact LV for a set of nails.They are,after all, listed as included.My husband and my son's friends would tease me about the pink, but they still "borrowed" them,and, like a man, didn't return them.I think a case in a less hard plastic-molded,hard case would be beter-neoprene or such.Easier for disabled people to work with as well,I expect, as others.

    I recieved this as a bridal shower gift from a close family friend. I love it! My husband uses some of the items as well! We don't live in a home, we live in a 2 bedroom apartment and it works for now for what we need to fix. We already have a bigger tool set, but this one is easier to get too.     I bought one for myself and after using it, I bought several others. I gave them to my daughter and daughter-in-laws and they love them. (even my sons use them from time to time) I also give them as bridal shower gifts with a gift card and its a big hit. The girls like them because they can do things themselves.

    I bought my first tool box for myself several years ago and I can't say enough about how handy it is & how much I use it! I like it so much that I have subsequently given it as gifts to my daughters, their friends (as wedding/shower gifts), and my friends(as birthday gifts). We all refer to it as "The Pink Tool Box" in any discussions we have-and the men are using it,too!
