Comments about Lillian Vernon Self-Inking Clothing Stamper:

I bought this to mark all of my son's jackets, winter hats, and the extra set of school clothes. It works well. You just have to practice on a t-shirt or hankie until you get just the right pressure for inking. I stamp stuff in several places for more visibility (tag area, pocket area, near zipper)

Comments about Lillian Vernon Self-Inking Clothing Stamper:

I don't remember paying [$]for this product the first time- I used it to label all my 4 year-old's clothing for daycare. I have a set of twins now using the same clothing and if the name did not smear (you will know it smears after the first wash) it is still legible 4 years later. I did ruin a few t-shirts since the ink went through and could be seen on the outside of the clothing, but for most items it worked quite well. I did like this better than iron on labels I purchased from another company. The iron on labels seemed to wash off after a few wears.
