I WISH I would have read some reviews before I purchased this item. Just like many others, the top pillow does not zip into place. The photo is VERY mis-leading. This is very flimzy. My dog enjoyed it as a chew toy. He was not satisfied until he removed the entire top pillow (he was given a head start as it was hanging off the bed) The seat pillow insert was also too small for the surrouding bed. Not a good Purchase and a total waste of $. I only gave this one star because at least one was required.

We purchased this bed for our cat. She LOVES this bed! We thought the quality was very good and it has held up well even after a year and half. My only complaint is the part where her name was printed was on the backside of the slipcover so we never get to see it.

This bed is nowhere near as nice as it looks in the picture. The pillow in the center of the bed is terribly cheap and thin. Every time my dog moves, the pillow is pushed out of place. My dog is smaller than the one in the picture and should have been fine for this bed. The pad on the bottom of the bed is only 1" thick, the center pillow loses its shape and gets clumpy, and the surrounding embroidered pillow falls down constantly. Overall, very poor quality and lasted only 3 months before I felt so guilty and had to buy another bed for my dog. Do not buy this bed.

This bed is not what it looks like in the picture. I have a dog the same size as the one in the photo and she does not fit in the bed at all. The pillow around the top also does not stay up and is not as thick and fluffy as the one in the picture. I would not purchase this bed ever again.

The zipper broke the first time I washed it, but customer service is sending me a new cover. My dog loves that the bolster is floppy because she can push it aside to stretch out more or use the bolster as a pillow, whichever she prefers. The bolster does have extra zipper hanging over as previously described which shows the poor quality. With some better materials and workmanship this could easily be five stars!

my dog loves this bed! only complaint is that after washing it the bed fell apart. the zipper fell off. i have had the bed for a year. although i'm not happy the bed fell apart, i'm back to order another one bc my dog loves it so much.

I can't get over how much my elderly dog enjoys this bed. The bed is very soft and squishy, which is different than the published photo suggests. Since day 1, I've seen him sleep in 10+ different positions in the bed, and he sleeps like a rock. If he's comfortable, I'm happy. I wish I could get a second set of bed covers to rotate between washings.

The bolster does not fit like others mentioned in these reviews, it hangs over the end with extra zipper as if it is made for a larger bed (and we purchased the large size!) They embroidered our dog's name on the wrong side as well!!! Never ordered a product this terrible and very cheap looking and flimsey for what we paid for it. Now I have to send this large product back and deal with shipping it. I could kick myself for not reading these reviews first!

I have bought quite a number of beds over the years and this one is perfect. "My boy" loves it, too.(as well as his brother and sister). I like that the covers are removable for washing and the personalization was done correctly. I suggest going by the sizing given. My boy is only 24 lbs., but is a 'long' body and likes to stretch out. I measured him, his old bed, which was smaller than the Small/Medium I purchased in this style.

I am extremely unhappy with this product considering what I paid for it. The pillow design that attaches on top does not zip all the way around to the end and it looks herendous. The top pillow is also very flimsy and does not look like it is presented in the magazine.

I sent this product back because of the poor quality. The back bolster does not fit properly onto the bed and falls towards the floor. Also, the red dye from the bed turns my yellow labs hair red even after multible washings.

I have a puggle and she loves this bed. The lettering is really nice and I love the color. My only complaint is that it's not as sturdy as I thought it would be. The picture makes it look firm, but it's really not. The bolster pillow doesn't hold the shape like I thought it would. Still, Sadie loves it and it looks great otherwise.

The bed looks great and is much cheaper than similar beds I've seen, however, my 75lb lab would like more room to stretch out... she only fits if she's curled up on it. Also, the zipper that holds the bolster on didn't want to stay put, so I had to safety pin the end to keep it in place. But overall, a great value!

We have a 7 month old Bernese Mountain Dog who already weighs 54 pounds. He will eventually grow out of the bed, but for now he loves it. It's attractive and easy to wash; however, the zipper for the bolster broke the first time I zipped it on. Easy to fix. I still love the bed!

I bought the large one for my two beagles to stretch out in...they love to make it into a little nest. The first time I put it together the zipper for the bolster wanted to come apart. After I struggled for a few minutes it came together and I haven't had a problem since. It's a great dog bed for the price.

What a great little pet bed. I love the fact that EVERY part of that bed can be un-zipped and thrown into the wash machine. This is VERY important when you own 12 cats and 1 dog. Not only did my little dog Gigi enjoy her new pet bed but my 18 pound cat Sonny enjoyed lounging around in it. I may have to order one or two more just so there aren't any "cat fights" in the future. Haha

The first thing my dog did was pee on the bed. So I had to clean it the first day we received it. It cleans up nicely. After seeing the bed in person though, I think it's over priced. I do like the fact that it all comes apart for washing.

I have 2 large dogs. I was worried that 1 of them, that is a 135 lb italian mastiff, wouldn't fit because he's so big. But I got it & they both absolutely love them.

I was very happy with this dog bed! I have a mini Dachshund and the small/med bed is perfect for her. (I could probably fit 2 doxies in there!) I had been looking for a bed with a bolster for her to lay against. This one was SOOO reasonably priced compared to ones I had seen. The material is VERY soft and everything zips off to go into the washer! Love it!

The bed was very good and my lab happily sleeps in it every night without much of an adjustment period. I love that everything zips off and is easily cleaned. I love the shape of the bed because it "hugs" my dog. I don't think it's very sturdy and the bottom pad annoyed my dog and had to be zipped inside instead.

I was so excited when the beautiful new monogrammed dog bed arrived, and after several nights, my dog hopped in and just loves her new bed. However, it would have been helpful if the zipper holding on the bolster part of the bed were more to the inside of the bed as, with the weight of the dog, the bolster seems to collapes outwards. I have thought about sewing a few stitches on the inside to hold the bolster more upsright. The monogramming is very nice, however. Overall, I am very pleased with the quality of the bed and Annie loves to snuggle in it.
