This product came to me with the name upside down. I then received a new one done right and after 3 washes the zipper broke. Not worth the money, bed made very poorly.

I purchased this personalized pet bed for my miniature poodle. It was great in the beginning; but, after 6 months the back bolster pillow flattened out and the cushion died as well. But, the shocker was how the red material put a red stain on my white wall moldings. I would not purchase this product again!

When I ordered 3 of these I was so excited to have dogs beds with their names customized on them. When they arrived they looked so cute and comfy. That's where it ended, they were a pain in the butt to put together, one of the zippers wouldnt zip, lillian and vernon did replace part of it though with no problems. Meanwhile the dogs managed to tear one of the zippers off, and the other one needed washed because they show tons of dirt quickly. Well after a washing in the machine it would no longer go back together. So now after about a month. I have one in the trash, one with the headpiece torn off and one with the zipper torn off. There went[$]down the drain, real quick.

My dog loves her bed...and I loved the ease of keeping it clean. Everything unzips and is easy to throw in the washer...however, the zippers, all of them, broke after about 4 or 5 months, thus the cover wont stay on the bed and it's the cover that holds it all together. Beware!

Was excited to receive this. I had it personalized with my pet's name on it but when I zipped the pillow on they had sewn by pets name on upside down. Needless to say this will be going back. Hopefully they will get it right the 2nd time.

My dog loves anything that is comfortable, so when we replaced her old blanket with this bed, she loved it. She lives the bolster along the back that she can rest her head on. We have only had it a few days, but so far it has held up well, as she is a big dog. It is a great product! My cats also think this is very comfortable, but the dog doesn't let them lay in it for very long!

this products comes shrink wrapped and when unflated is thin.my dog sat on it for minutes and it was completely flat bolster was down and inside material was thin not worth the money
