Every morning, M-F, I'm up at 6AM making my husband, teenage daughter and myself a healthful breakfast. What I look for are ways to do this quickly and easily . . . no gourmet recipes or complicated instructions at this time of morning! This is such a great way to make a breakfast sandwich in my microwave. I sometimes add a thin slice of cooked turkey bacon, ham or Canadian bacon and strips of sliced cheese. When finished, it easily slides out onto a slice of toast or English muffin. Done in less than two minutes from start to finish.
