Not a good deal
By c from buffalo NY on 1/25/2010

No
Cons:
Flimsy, Poor Design

Comments about Lillian Vernon Primrose China Protectors:

I bought these to keep my good china clean and ready to use. I tried to put my dinner plates in the "large" circular holder and it was too small to accommodate the plates. I really had to maneuver to fit them inside the holder. Very frustrating. Even though I got them on sale, I felt I spent way too much for an inferior product. If you have very small dinner plates you may have better luck than I had.

Could be better
By shopper from small town, NC on 2/14/2008
Pros:
Attractive Design, Easy to Use, Lightweight, Lots of Storage
Cons:
Flimsy, Needs bottomtop support, Offers Little Protection
Best Uses:
Dust cover
Describe Yourself:
Practical
Bottom Line:

Comments about Lillian Vernon Primrose China Protectors:

Since I am using this for dust free storage only inside a protective case - I would like to see these holders as individual items. I only need the glass, cup and serving bowl units. It is a shame to have to waste money and time on being forced to buy pieces I don't need, just to get what I do.

Comments about Lillian Vernon Primrose China Protectors:

I will use this product, but cannot recommend. I have seen other china storage containers that had thicker quilting on the outside, top and bottom that provide better protection.

False advertising
By Connecticut RedheadVerified Reviewer from Meriden, CT on 8/19/2007
Pros:
Looks nice on the outside
Cons:
Serves no purpose at all
Describe Yourself:
Quality Shopper

Comments about Lillian Vernon Primrose China Protectors:

These provide no cushioning or support for your dinnerware. I purchased 3 sets and I'm very disappointed. The only thing you can use these for is to store unbreakable items in them or take them with you on vacation.

Cons:

Comments about Lillian Vernon Primrose China Protectors:

I was very satisfied overall but I thought the coffee cup pack was too small. I squeezed my cups in and then had a real hard time zipping it up. If you increased the demensions by a 1/4" all the way around it would work great!

Comments about Lillian Vernon Primrose China Protectors:

Looked good on paper, but cheap quality when it arrived. I wouldn't store anything of value in these. They are mostly just a dust cover.
