The only con to this product are the white balls are screw in only and that is time consuming to screw it off, take the bar off, slide the roll on, screw it back in, etc..

This item sits on my counter top next to my sink. It fits in with our home decor...warm and welcoming. The white knobs are of a ceramic type material and will break if the items is accidentally knocked off the counter. Many users complain that the paper towel rolls are difficult to load and unload...but it is no more difficult than changing out the toilet paper roll.

While I love the look of this item, it is a bit difficult to get the paper towel roll on and off. The balls are hard to turn.

I have four children and they have no problem putting paper towels on themselves. One of the ball finials came off the end but we were able to reattach it with some epoxy glue and have had no more problem. Looks sharp!

I wanted a horizontal paper towel holder and this was the only one I could find. It's attractive, but not so easy to change the paper towels and I wish is was lower to the counter. I don't necessarily use the towel holder.

Nice paper towel holder. I have a lot of traffic in my bathroom so a regular towel would not hold up. Plus the germs! I got this to go into my bathroom. Unfortunately it did not fit on my counter nicely so I moved it into my kitchen and put my kitchen paper towel holder in the bathroom. It looks great on my counter and I can hang my kitchen towel on it instead of the stove!

Not as easy to use as it appears. you need to unscrew what seems like forever to put your roll of paper towels in. kind of an inconvience. i find i don't use or refill as often. other than that it is good solid and hold exactly what it shows good size.

Beautiful design, but a little cumbersome to work the papertowel holder. Wish the knobs would slide on or off to make for easier refills. It also takes up more counter space than expected.

I have the rack beside my sink so there is no more dripping on the floor to dry off your hands. It is tall, but if it was shorter, the towels would touch the counter and not hang properly. Unscrewing the ends to change paper towels is kind of a pain, but it doesn't take that long and it secures it on the rack better.

This is perfect for having next to the sink because of the towel rack. Very convenient and attractive, although it takes up a good amount of counter space. I wish the finials snapped or clicked in rather than having to screw them in, which is a bit annoying.

I bought this item because it looks great, although I did not like the color, I used some spray paint and gave it a metal-bronze look. It is very helpful to have a dry towel on hand and one that doesn't have "that" wet smell.

I have been using this for a few weeks now, and it is very functional and attractive. I haven't had any problems with it's durability. It definitely needs a lot of counter space to be functional, so I wouldn't recommend it for small kitchens.

A good alternative to the stand up sticks that are sold for paper towel storage. Very attractive. Yes, it is tall and large, butworks perfectly where I have it placed. Friends have admired it and ordered ones for themselves.

This product was very beutiful and I love it. I openend it and put my paper towles on it the second I got it. Unfortunantly the first time my husband changed the roll he accidently dropped on ofthe knobs on the end of the holder and it broke immediatly. We have since had to buy a new one. So be careful when changing the roll!!!

This is another great product. May not be a great choice for a tiny kitchen, but it isn't difficult to use. You can simply look at the picture to see where the rod goes to hold the roll of towels. We keep ours out all the time and added a hand towel to the back for an extra touch in the kitchen.

I loved the look of this towel holder and bought it to match the Scrolled Wirework Dish Rack and Caddy. They made a great set; however, one of the porcelain finials on this towel holder broke off after a few months, so that it could not hold a roll of paper towels anymore.

I tried gluing it back on, but that only lasted one roll, and I had to throw the whole thing away. We certainly weren't too forceful with the holder; the quality was just not what I would have liked.

The back rack towel holder allows me to change cotton towels with the season adding color to the kitchen; paper towels slide onto iron rod and round screw caps hold it in place. Product is simple to use and does not require instruction. Ties together other rod iron pieces in our kitchen.

Quite simple, stylish and a great look for the price!

I don't typically write comments, but was disturbed at the prior negative ratings on this product. It's just fine.
It is true that there are no directions for assembly. The paper towels slide right over the rod; you place the rod in between the racks. The finials screw onto the end of the rod. The papertowels slide over both the finials and rod w/o a problem.

NO Instructions were included, so you just have to guess where the towel holder rod goes. My guess is probably wrong and that may be why it is so hard to change out the towels. And it is kinda of on the tall side.

The papertowel holder is hard to get out. Eventually after banging it too much around just to get it out the white balls fell off both sides of it. Not using it now, just sits there.
