I love the design but when I assembled it, there weren't any instructions and the side bar is really wobbly, and I kept wondering if I had done it correctly. Frustrating.

I was so excited to receive this item based on the picture from the catalog. I even ordered other coordinating items only to be dissapointed by the construction of two out of the three items that I ordered. I guess you win some and you lose some.

After getting tired of not having a decent papertowel holder,I buckled and bought this one. It's easy to put together, looks good and other than trying to find a place for it to have a permanent home, it's good.

It was missing a hole needed to attach the side bar that holds the flap from the papertowel. Otherwise, it works fine but not as shown.

I loved the appearance. When I got it the item was a put it together yourself item. As I did I found that some of the parts didn't quite match up. With a little adjustment by myself it worked out.

I also have the napkin caddy and both of these are very sturdy and pretty. I used to have a silver toned towel rack and this one has a warmer, homier feel to it.
