Please restock this carousel! I loved mine so much that I have given it as a gift. All recipients always rave about the repeated annual joy derived from this holiday decoration. Finding the right candles is a challenge; I used too high of candles this year and burned the top panels so I need to purchase a new one for next year.

I've wanted one of these for a while, but it was always sold out when I tried to order it. Last year I made myself a promise I would order early this year. I'm so glad I did. It is such an enchanting display to add to our Christmas decorations.
Our three kids think it is too cool and my husband, who is not easily impressed, remarked how amazing it is. It is also a great science lesson as the kids had to figure out how the candles made the decorations rotate.
It reminds me of Christmas Magic and I hope it will last for many years. It is fragile. Be sure to remind small kids that it is for looking at and not touching.
Now for the cons: you need to be very watchful while it is burning as it is a fire hazard. The six candles that come with it do not take long to burn down so you'll want to purchase some high quality candles no bigger than 4 inches. (The refills on this website were already sold out when I bought my carousel. Someone knew they would burn through them quickly.) For safety sake, display it out of the way with nothing around it.
When I searched the internet for one I found Lillian Vernon had they most reasonable price. If it should not last for more than a few years I won't be as heartbroken as I would be if I had bought the more expensive version.

I bought this years ago along with my mother and aunt. We all like to decorate with it at Christmas--it has held up perfectly except none of us can find replacement candles that fit. Birthday candles are too small, tapers and emergency candles are too big. Make sure you order lots of extra candles!

We have owned the Christmas Carousel for at least 10 years, maybe more. It has held up wonderfully. We enjoy it and look forward every year to set it up for the Christmas season. I would highly recommend it to everyone.

Very pretty carousel but once the candles are burned out there is no way to replace them. I tried for two years to order them from Lillian Vernon and was never able to get them. Now not even Lillian Vernon carries them.I have not found a store yet that carries this size candle. The best thing about this carousel is how pretty it is when the heat from the candles makes it turn. It is not pretty without the candles.
