This item holds a good deal of salad but don't fill it up too much or you will have a harder time releasing the dressing.

This works better with thinner dressings like vinigrette or italian. If you like the thicker dressing, you'll have to scrape it out of the cup onto your salad.

I like being able to shake the dressing all over my salad - once again it is easier with thinner dressing. I don't like having my salad stuck eveywhere (the sides, the lid, inside the dressing cup) when I am done shaking it.

The lid was very secure and the plastic seemed of a high quality. The size fit nicely in my lunch bag. I never used the attached fork/spoon because I have a MUCH easier time using regular flatware with salads.

I still use this container often for salads and I have had it for several months but I would prefer a salad container with a separate but integrated dressing cup so I can simply pour my dressing on. Less mess, same convenience.

However, if you like the shake and go method, this is definately the dish for you!

This little bowl makes brown bagging it easier! Now I don't have to juggle 2 containers when I want to bring a salad for lunch. And best of all, it fits in my lunch bag.

Its a very hard item to get. Also its very bulky for luch bags. Is a very clever idea, and I still take it when i'm on the go, for easy salads.
