We have used this several times and re-purchasing for a Christmas gift for a family member. The directions are easy to follow and we have used it on different size of buritto flours. You may have to cook the flours more in the oven if using large flours, but watch the tops for they will be done before the flour that is in the bowl and may burn. This process is a lot easier than deep frying in oil and easier to clean.
