I ordered these for Christmas gifts and everyone loved them. They are just beautiful.

Service & Delivery comments:

I ordered 5 sets for gifts and 2 of the sets arrived broken. I was worried since it was only about 2 weeks until Christmas and I wasn't sure how I'd get replacements in time. But Lillian Vernon shipped out replacements right away and I received them within a week, with plenty of time to spare. I didn't have to send back the broken ones. Excellent service and very much appreciated at a stressful time of the year.
